Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean area originally known as 'mist of the sea'. This pure African shea butter is made in Togo, Africa by a process handed down from generation to generation. This organic, fairly traded shea butter is unrefined which leaves all the beneficial properties intact. Shea butter has vitamins A and E, plus a natural UV protectant. It is an excellent moisturizer and makes a great night cream. Pure African shea butter is an ivory color and has a smoky, nutty fragrance. This is from the process of heating the shea butter over a wood fire in Togo.
