Payment Options

PayPal

You may pay us with your PayPal account. This payment is processed immediately. If your package is sent with a USPS Flat Rate box, you will receive a refund for the difference in shipping charges (see Shipping Options below).

Credit Cards

We are able to process credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. If your package is sent with a USPS Flat Rate box, your credit card will be charged with the smaller shipping amount. You will never be charged more than the prices quoted at the time of your order.

Money Orders

You can pay with a money order. Simply choose that option when you check out and the mailing address for the money order will be in your email order confirmation.

Shipping Options

USPS Parcel Post

USPS Parcel Post includes delivery confirmation. Delivery by this method can take up to 7 business days. Orders that contain refresher oils cannot be shipped by this method.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation. Delivery by this method takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders that contain refresher oils cannot be shipped by this method.

USPS Express Mail

This is not overnight shipping. The US postal service does guarrantee this for next day delivery for most areas. The US postal service does require a signature for express mail. If you wish to waive this requirement, please leave a comment in the comment text box. To receive your order by the next day, you need to place your order by 12 noon eastern time. Orders that contain refresher oils cannot be shipped by this method.

**We do make every effort to ship your order on time. If we cannot ship an express order for the next day, we will contact you.

FedEx Ground

FedEx Ground shipping can take up to a week to arrive depending on your destination.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground shipping can take up to a week to arrive depending on your destination.

Orders Containing Refresher Oils

Orders containing refresher oils cannot be shipped by USPS. If you choose this method for an order containing refresher oils, your shipping method will be changed to either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground - whichever is least expensive - without prior notice.

**We do make every effort to ship within two business days of your order. If we cannot ship within two business days, we will contact you.

Shipping Policies

Shipping is not refundable if your order is returned to Eclectic Lady. If your order is returned to Eclectic Lady, you will need to re-pay shipping in order for us to re-ship your package.

If a mistake is made on our part in shipping your package, we will pay to reship your order.
