Wholesale Terms

Minimum Purchase: $50. We accept all major credit cards along with PayPal.

Wholesale Code: You need a wholesale code in order to purchase our products at the wholesale rate. Simply fill out our wholesale application with some information about your business. You will receive a password for the wholesale site which will be good until the end of the calendar year. We recommend you put your email address on our wholesale email newsletter to learn about new wholesaler codes and new products and receive future passwords for the wholesale site.

Shipping: Buyer pays for shipping charges. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Exact shipping charges are charged and we take the time to pack and weigh your order before determining shipping costs. Because of this, shipping charges will be added to your order after placing your order and will not appear in your shopping cart.

Labeling: All products are labeled by Eclectic Lady and meet FDA regulations. All labeling must be kept intact during storage and display and must remain visible to consumers at all times. Once your customer purchases the product, he/she can then remove the labeling if desired.

Return Policy: If product is damaged during shipment, buyer can request a refund or exchange of damaged items. Damaged items need to be returned to Eclectic Lady for a full refund. If buyer is not satisfied with products, they can be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 15% restocking charge. Special request and custom order items cannot be returned for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Sales Tax Resale Certificate: If your business is located in Florida, we need a copy of your Annual Resale Certificate For Sales Tax.
